Zhou, Board of Advisor, Dr. Zhou previously served as a Financial Economist
in the Federal Reserve Board in Washington D.C. and a Commissioner of Strategy
& Development Committee, China Securities Regulatory Commission. He has also taught
in the business schools of the University of California at Riverside and the University
of Hong Kong. He is now a professor of finance and also serves as Assistant Dean,
Director of Executive Development Programs of Peking University's Guanghua School
of Management. Dr. Zhou is known for the breadth of his knowledge in corporate
finance, analysis of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management. He published
a number of research articles in leading economics and finance journals and made
numerous presentations to academic researchers, business managers, and financial
practitioners, in US, Europe, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. He is an active consultant
and advisor to many companies and government organizations. Dr. Zhou received
a MS from Peking university and a Ph.D. in financial economics from Princeton

Chen, Board of Advisor, Dr. Haiyang Chen has consulting experience with
both U.S. and Chinese companies in the areas of business process reengineering,
strategy, and investment & financing. Dr. Chen is the Founding Director of E*TRADE
Financial Learning Center at William Paterson University of New Jersey. The Center
features a multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art trading floor with advanced
instructional technology, cutting-edge software, and industry standard datasets
and data feeds. The Center has organized many China related conferences including
Private Equity Investment in Hong Kong and China in New York City in May 2004;
Dr. Chen's research expertise is in foreign investment in China. He has published
numerous articles and presented papers at conferences both in and outside China.
Dr. Chen is a tenured, full professor of finance at William Paterson University
of Ner Jersey, an AACSB accredited higher education institution. Dr. Chen received
a Ph.D. in finance and an M.A. in Economics from Kent State University. He also
received a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, the Garvin School
of International Management (formerly American Graduate School of International
Management), and a B.S. in Economics from University of International Business
and Economics (formerly Beijing Institute of Foreign Trade) in Beijing, China.

of Advisor, Jonathan Mork is a preIPO merchant banker specializing in
corporate strategy. His experience includes being the lead Wall Street strategy
advisor to China Internet since 1995, culminating with the company's subsidiary
spin-off IPO of Chinadotcom in 1999. Jonathan is the president of Millennium Capital
Partners, a Beverly Hills-based merchant banking firm which is the managing partner
of Millennium Hanson. Jonathan serves on the board of Roth Capital Partners, a
leading underwriter for SmallCap companies and a fellow partner in Millennium
Hanson. Jonathan completed his undergraduate degree (1986) and MBA (1987)
at Cornell University, receiving distinction, Phi Kappa Phi, and Phi Beta Kappa

Board of Advisor, Daniel is currently spearheading a financial modeling
group at a billion dollar leading technology-based mortgage bank . His main responsibilities
are credit spread modeling, mortgage default and prepayment risk valuation, credit
portfolio risk measurement, risk based pricing and risk capital calculation. Prior
to joining this bank, Daniel was a senior credit analyst at KeyCorp, a $100 billion
major US commercial bank, responsible for credit risk administration and risk
capital management for consumer loans, credit card and home equity. With more
than six years in banking industry, Daniel has profound knowledge covering mortgage
and consumer loans area, from loan origination to securitization process, including
loan program design, underwriting procedure, guideline management, risk based
pricing, loan servicing, default management, deal structuring and securitization
practice. He received his Master in Economics from Cleveland State University,
and a BS in Management and Information System from Tsinghua University. |

Dr. Malter is actively involved in Greater China law practice. For the last 40
years, Arnold has focused on international business law and investment banking
law. His expertise includes Joint Venture Negotiation, Structuring and Documentation,
M&A, Establishment of Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises, Franchising, Due Diligence
Projects and Internal Corporate Investigations, Investment Restructuring and Review,
Commercial Contracting, Representing Investment and Commercial Banks and Corporations
in various Financing Transactions, international Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute
Resolution. He has established himself as a prominent advisor in this industry
group. In one of China's most important U.S. -- China joint venture power plant
projects set up and construction, Dr. Malter was honorably invited to work as
the lawyer for the Chinese side. Due to his expertise in international business
law and many years of experience working with Chinese clients, he worked out an
excellent contract to protect the best interests of his Chinese clients for this
power plant project. His efforts in that were greatly appreciated and recognized.

of Advisor, Peter has 17 years of executive experience in business management,
M&A and Venture Capital. He is Managing Director of GenNet Technology, a mergers
and acquisitions firm. He was Chairman/CFO of MICOR Energy LLC (1995-2000), the
largest fuel distributor for truck fleets in southwestern U.S. He was Chairman/CEO,
Alton Group, Inc. (1991-1994), a publicly held biomedical instrument company.
Prior to that, he was Vice President, DynaTech/DynaFund (1989-1991), a US$100
million venture capital fund investing in the US and Far East. He was Executive
Vice President, Physical Optics Corp. (1985-1989), a fiber optics product manufacturer
He received his BS & MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern
California(1982) and a MBA from Pepperdine University (1985). | |
