American manufacturers ordering piece goods for assembly into their finished end product. An entity which purchases piece goods for resale to resellers which are typically utilized in products manufactured in countries throughout the world.

CHINA/ASIA MANUFACTURER

Manufacturing operations throughout the Pacific Rim which presently have ongoing relationships with North American based buyers.

China Trade Finance Fund

A prominent Hong Kong/China based financial engineering organization that provides innovative trade finance solutions, which enable sellers and buyers access to pre-and post-shipment financing in the form of a revolving credit facility. They are allied with some of the most respected financial guarantee institutions in the world. Additionally, they enjoy a very favored position in the trade finance arena in China. The fund program focuses on exports from China/Asia to the North America region; but it will quickly be expanded to other regions in the world.

World Capital Market, INC.(WCM)

WCM is a Trade Finance facilitation and sales company enabling exclusive access to structured finance solutions for North American buyers of both hard and soft goods from the greater China/Asia region. WCM is teamed exclusively with American Factors (see below) to offer these services for product purchases in the greater China/Asia region. WCM in most cases will be the importer of record for goods purchased under this program.

An experienced well known Beverly Hills, CA financial-factor which is WCM¡¯s Trade Finance partner who will manage all financial documentation, data processing communication and financial controls management.

CUSTOM BROKER/WAREHOUSE

Receives delivery of product shipped from offshore manufacturer-supplier, clears custom obligations and directs product delivery.
